Hey folks. I am going to write a very very short post tonight.
In two weeks I will be presenting an Ignite Fitness keynote at the Fitbloggin Conference in Baltimore. Basically I will have 5 minutes to present 20 slides on my topic. Tonight I am working on my presentation.

I wanted to check in to let you guys know what I have been up to this week.
I have been surfing 5 days this week. Last year there were no surfboards that could hold me.
I ran across the Cooper River Bridge this week. It felt good after not running for a couple of weeks.
My post 5 Things that Hinder Weight Loss was very popular. I think it is because it spews truths that people are afraid to admit. I tend to be pretty good at that sometimes.
I logged my food for a good part of the week, but not all of it. I will work on that. Not sure why I all of the sudden dropped this habit after it helped me lose over 100 pounds. I need to remember to stick with the things that brought me this far.
Oh yeah. One more important thing…
I got a new tattoo today. One that will remind me that at 360 pounds I was literally and metaphorically being held down and I was drowning in my own fat and lethargy. I will never let that happen again.
Maybe it is time you pull anchor on the the things that are weighing you down. Chart a course towards a healthy life. Set sail for a new horizon.

You are barely a buck fifty soaking wet. Your tattoo would be a Pole with the number 15 under it. Jacksonville swell got your name on it.
