Kebabing for Adobo Chicken

Here is a meal that I eat at least twice a month.  It is less than 500 calories and it will fill you the heck up.

The recipe is Chicken Adobo Kebabs and comes from the website.

What you see before you is 494 calories and 49 grams of protein. It is 6 oz. of the above mentioned  Chicken Adobo, 1 cup of pan sauteed spinach – no oil (the pic looks less because I ate a bunch before I took the it), and a medium baked sweet potato (no salt – apprx 180 g) with cinnamon.

It is not hard to eat healthy if you do a little research and prep…so go for it!
