Interesting.
That is a significant loss compared to the past several months. I only did kettlebells one day this week, so that couldn’t have had any impact. It must be the fact that even though I did not track my calories very well over the past couple of weeks, I have been eating within my calorie restriction and what I have been eating has been very nutritious. I have been killing the grilled chicken, broccoli, spinach, and other fun yummies. Also I have been changing my work out routine and pushing myself a little harder during my “hard workout” days. I ran the bridge again this morning (a new Thursday tradition for the next little while.) Here is what that looked like from a heart rate monitors perspective…
All day, I dream about sips (of water…when I’m running, and it’s hot.) How’s that for a new Adidas campaign.
I am hoping that this loss will be a trending situation.
I want some of you lurkers out there to speak up about this. Leave a four word or less comment on what you think is the procuring cause for this week’s loss…If you don’t, I will know it.
Beast Face out!
i wish you could tell me and i could do it!

Whenever I chill out and quit fixating on it and being anxious about it, I loose weight, so that’s my strategy for life, keep eating real food, pay attention to what my body is saying – full, hungry, tired, energetic, and don’t fixate.
Yay your back on track! Good job
mixing it up works. (I will not exceed the 4 word limit to say, hmm, maybe I need to take this advice!)
Mixing it up I think is the key.. It’s fun but there’s that muscle memory I hear all the time.. Just have fun with it.. Set goals, eat right, relax.. You got this
BOOYAH! FINALLY!
What did it?
Methinks: Sheer GRACE and PERSISTENCE. =)
Calories in, calories out.
Congratulations on a super week!

All right! Good job!
Your kettle bells sounded killer slash great! I would love to try that if I lived anywhere near a gym…
I can’t wait to hear about how it keeps going. I find crossfit very intriguing.

What your asking for will harm you more than do you good in the long run.I just found out my scale is 5lbs off, so I was 251lbs, 50+ inch waist. Now I am 5’101/2 174lbs, 33 inch waist. I did it with exeisrce and proper eating habits. I lost about 3 pounds a week, which is what you should do.I once lost 60lbs in 60 days, literally. I gained it back plus some because I never learned discipline in what or how to eat along with exercising. This time I did it right and have kept the weight off for 6 years now. I lift weights every 2 or 3 days and exeisrce on a daily basis. I exeisrce this much because I like to eat some things that I probably shouldn’t. If I didn’t I wouldn’t have to exeisrce so much.It took you a while to put the weight on and it should take a while to lose it properly.
Bruce I am not sure if this is some new clever form of spam or if you just didnt read any other posts on my blog before writing this…which is it?
