Challenges: Running is Hard (on the knees)


Running is tough.  For a number of different reasons.

I really don’t mind running.  I have actually gotten to the point where I can run a straight 30 minutes at 4-4.2 mph.  It always starts off pretty tough but by about 7 1/2 minutes

My current workout routine consists solely of pounding the rotating rubber.  I am doing this 4 to 5 times per week.

So you probably want to know how I plan to ACTUALLY lose the weight.

I think losing the weight is the easy part.  It is the mental preparation and motivation that holds most people up.  Losing weight is as simple as watching what you
