You guys, I am beat like a government mule.
My second week of triathlon training is closing out and I have never felt so tired or constantly hungry. I am too tired to even write this post so I am not going to. I promise I will catch up a little more this coming week. I have some fun stuff to relay about my swim training and also some info about my new RMR and VO2 max results.
