You guys, I am beat like a government mule.
My second week of triathlon training is closing out and I have never felt so tired or constantly hungry. I am too tired to even write this post so I am not going to. I promise I will catch up a little more this coming week. I have some fun stuff to relay about my swim training and also some info about my new RMR and VO2 max results. Also don’t forget that if you want to keep up with my training schedule I am posting it weekly on my triathlon training schedule page.
In the meantime I did want to share a quick note about transition etiquette. Don’t ever do this…
Cheeky. I know.
Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram to keep up with my incredible sense of aesthetic and intelligent beauty…And also some pictures I take.
Peace. Love. Swim. Bike. Run.
LMAO…yeah…don’t ever do that in transition! I did really see that in a race just last year. (all-women’s race, but STILL!)

Well…. if you look like THAT, I guess it’s okay. 😉
I’m with ya bud. Exhausted from training + cold this week.
The Norseman Xtreme Triathlon race manual, rule number 9:
Athletes will not be disqualified for accidental nudity in the transition zones.
