Week 36 – Are You Upside Down?

This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 36:

Today: 252 lbs.
Last Week: 253.4 lbs.
Week Difference: -1.4 lbs.
Total Loss: 82.6 lbs.
Body Fat: 19.4 % 
Lean Mass: 44.7%  
(+3.1)(also suspect)
Blood Pressure: N/A
BMI: 31.5 (-0.2 )


So coming off a 3 pound week and getting another almost pound and a half, I am feeling pretty good today.  I feel a renewed spirit and a renewed desire to post more relevant and helpful blog posts.  If you have any suggestions, please hit me up on FB or Twitter.

I think it would probably be helpful for both me and you, the readers, if I had a set schedule of when I was going to post what categories. I hope to continue to post a Good Eats article every Wednesday.  I also hope to post at least one video per week.  I have some really great video ideas and I think you guys actually like looking at my dirty mug, so who am I to deny you that.

I am creeping ever close to leaving the obese BMI range.  I say let’s have a party when that happens. Whattya say?

I am going to have a HUGELY IMPORTANT post tomorrow about My Commitment to Louie’s Kids, so, please please please for the love of humanity and Justin Beaver, read that post tomorrow. It will change lives. Seriously.

I bought my ticket to the Fit Bloggin conference in Baltimore in September. It is a long ways off, but I should be down more than 100 pounds by then and ready to charm the cakes off of the Charm City. Duff of Cakes, can you handle me? Ravens, can you handle me? Stringer Bell and McNulty, can you handle me? Baltimore, can you handle me? Cousins Casey and Corey, can we crash with one of you?

Last random interjection for this post.  As you know, I was asked to join a group of bloggers who are influential in the world of fitness and health. Yes, me mom! I know, right? I can’t believe it either. This is an amazing group of folks.  I have really enjoyed getting to know these people.

Well last night, a gauntlet was thrown in my direction. Chris from @JourneyTV had been tagged in a video handstand challenge, and in his response he tagged me.  Wow. That means I had to do a video of me doing a handstand and try and outdo Chris. I am up for a good challenge but I just don’t know if I can do a handstand, let alone upstage a Crossfitter…

I am just not sure how this is going to turn out. Watch it for me…I can’t bear to.

Who has the next challenge? Maybe Darth Vader or Bette White. I will go all Chuck Barry Norris on their a$$!
