Week 41 – Blah Blah Gain Blah

Week of 02-10 through 02-16 in the year of our Lord 2012
This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 41:

Today: 249.8 lbs.
Last Week: 249.2 lbs.
Week Difference: +0.6 lbs.
Total Loss: 84.8 lbs.







Ug. So I had a gain this week.  It is a small gain, but you know how much I hate that. Watch this video to find out how much I hate it…

I didn’t post my lean mass and body fat this week because I am going to be working on getting an even more accurate measure on that. Stay tuned.

I don’t have anything else clever to say about it.

    Sorry for your down week, but you’re still amazing (as is your weight loss). My hubby went for his annual physical today, and while he knew he was a few pounds overweight (as he’s been since I’ve met him nearly 10 years ago), the doctor listed what he was at an increased risk for (blood pressure, high cholesterol) do to being in the overweight category on the BMI scale. It finally hit him how important it was to be healthier. What used to be a cosmetic complaint, it became a reality of his health. His goal is to lose 10-13 lbs, and I’ve shared with him your blog as inspiration. May we all strive to be as healthy as we can be, and as healthy as you’ve been for nearly an entire year!. You don’t have much if you don’t have your health.
