Weigh-In: Week 25 – The Week I Made UFC Heavyweight

Week of 10-21 through 10-27 in the year of our Lord 2011
This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 25:

Today: 263.6 lbs.
Last Week: 267.2 lbs.
Week Difference: -3.6 lbs.
Total Loss: 71 lbs.
Body Fat: 22.0 %
(-0.6)
Lean Mass: 43.1%
(-0 )
Blood Pressure: N/A
BMI: 32.9 (-3.9)

Beast. You can now call Dana White and tell him that I have made the UFC heavyweight limit of 265. I think I am ready for my shot at the big show. That means that I now officially weigh the same as that guy down there when he is making weight for a fight.  I think my fighting nickname should be the “Fat Terminator.”

not my favorite fighter...but you get the point

Hmmm. Now that I say that outloud, people might think that I am a terminator that is fat instead of a terminator that terminates fat. Scratch that nickname.

I have also hit another 10 pound loss milestone in that I have lost over 70 pounds in 25 weeks. I can now say I HAVE lost 70 pounds insteand of what I have been telling people (that I have lost NEARLY 70 pounds.) That feels pretty good.

This is the kind of week that makes me have that “I-cannot-be-stopped” feeling.

I got a lot of great feedback from my Fat Club or Fight Club post.  I didn’t really know that it would be such a motivational piece.  I am glad though. I hope that I can continue to help motivate those of you who are reading this blog because you want to lose weight as well.  I know it is tough folks. I’m 25 weeks in and if you think I haven’t felt like giving up then you have another thing coming.  But the first rule of Fat Club is: You DO NOT want to be in Fat Club. So keep fighting.

Here are those pictures that you all love so much and that I hate taking because for so long I have not liked looking at myself…

And here is my close up.

And here, my fine reading folks, is my new head-shot for my modeling portfolio…

Also known as my “BEAST FACE.”

Be sure to check out the updated Commitment to Louie’s Kids page to see how much is going to be donated.

Until next week’s weigh-in,

Remember that all is permissible but not all is profitable…

“Here are those pictures that you all love so much and that I hate taking because for so long I have not liked looking at myself…”

Does this imply that you FINALLY like looking at yourself? Well done on a huge loss week! You most likely won’t fit into the suit/tux for your sister’s wedding! Well done, Hank. I love reading your blog.

I still have issues with myself, but it is getting better. Thanks for reading! Tell all of your friends. And their friends. And their enemies. And their friends enemies. And so forth.
