Back in the winners circle. I AM NOT going to have a gain week next week. I can’t. It makes me feel like excrement.
I will also not accept the whole “plateau” or weight loss stall. I think that if I am not losing weight, it is because I am not working hard enough. Doubt me? Well I will just work harder this week and prove it.
I am actually starting to feel better (about myself). Not so much physically as I am mentally. Although I AM feeling better physically. When I am laying down, I can actually feel muscles in my stomach area (I think fit people call them abs, but mine aren’t defined enough to be called by a proper name…) I feel that I have really broken through on my dietary thoughts also. You can read my feelings on that in yesterday’s post. I am not really having a problem wrapping my head around eating right. Execution still needs some work, but all in all, I am eating really well.
I have been told by so many people that I look like I am 20 again. I keep telling them that I don’t feel (or act) a day over 18, so with a couple of more pounds lost I will look my mental age! 🙂
I also want to take a moment to let you guys know that I LOVE your feedback. I don’t always comment back, but I crave hearing from you more than a gravy biscuit. Sometimes I write posts that I am not really sure will make sense to anyone but me (see Fight or Fat Club and the previously mentioned post about Counting Calories) but then you guys blow up my inbox, facebook page and twitter account with GREAT comments and feedback. Thank you so much for it!
Now that the post is out of the way, here are the pics for the week. I feel like I really look thin in these pics, but don’t be too fooled. I AM wearing a compression shirt:
And here is a new pose for all you beast fans. I call this look “Black Steel”..
And of course the beast face of the week…
Be sure to check out the updated Commitment to Louie’s Kids page to see how much is going to be donated.
Until next week’s weigh-in,
Remember that all is permissible but not all is profitable…
