Week of 05-21 through 06-02 in the year of our Lord 2011
This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 4:
06/02/2011 – 316.6 lbs. -1.6 lbs.
That is 18 lbs overall
I was really hoping for a 3 or 4 pound loss this week, but once again a loss is a loss. I want to be like those biggest loser contestants who drop 15 pounds in a week! Yeah, yeah, I know. They are working out for 8 hours a day and eating dirt and berries. Well, anyway. I have made a pretty big change to my routine over the past week. I got a membership to the gym. That is a first in my life. I have ALWAYS been afraid of the gym, but I am actually digging it now. I am going to be doing weights twice a week to start. We will see if that gets increased. I will still be doing most of my cardio at home though. I love the routine I have set up at home. I am still dealing with the aggression issue, but I do feel it is subsiding some. Also I had a small victory today. I will write about that in another post. So far, making sure I am sticking to my calorie limit and exercising are paying off. I will have to see what I can do to make it pay off quicker. (Maybe just one week with a 15 pound loss? Okay, how about I meet you in the middle and shoot for a 7.5 pound week?)

Great job! I know it can be frustrating to not see the big losses that we want. But you know it’ll come in time. Keep it up!
if you average thats 4.5 lbs a week…way to go!
Let me help you make it a 5 pound week. What do you say???
I personally know how the Biggest Losers lose that much…since I work with them! And it’s not 8 hrs a day…they are just efficient.

i had a weight loss of 0.8lbs…. i know a loss is a loss, but i cant help but feel a bit disappointed…I worked really hard this week and was hoping for more!
but i will take my 0.8lbs weight loss and rock it this week!
