Weigh-In: Week 5 (6-09-2011)

Week of 06-03 through 06-09 in the year of our Lord 2011

This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 5:

06/09/2011 – 313 lbs.     -3.6 lbs. lost this week

That is 21.6 lbs overall

If my weight loss were my age, I could buy beer today.  21 pounds in 5 weeks.  Not too shabby, eh? Let ramp this up for the next week.

I have been sticking to my calorie limit, I have been logging my food (everything that I eat) on a daily basis, I have been drinking somewhere in the neighborhood of 123 oz of water per day, and I have been exercising 5-6 days a week.  I am doing 45 minutes on the elliptical at varying levels a minimum of 4 days a week and I am lifting weights a minimum of 2 days a week, but I am shooting for 3 days a week. I am trying different forms of cardio so I don’t get bored also.

I am pushing for more followers and subscribers because I believe that the more eyes I have on me, the more accountability I have and that gives me better chances of succeeding.

I have invested in my own business of losing weight buy making a pledge to Louie’s Kids.  They are giving me a lot of encouragement and support in return. And others are jumping on the train and supporting Louie’s Kids as well.

I am still feeling really good about this.  I have had a few mental lapses but no real physical ones.  I have no doubt that I am going to surpass my goals.

I am an unstoppable force.  I am a juggernaut. Fat has no hold on me.
