Week of 06-24 through 06-30 in the year of our Lord 2011
This is the first weigh-in of the rest of my life. Here are the results for week 8:
Weight: 302 lbs.
That is 2.4 lbs. lost since last week
and 32.6 lbs overall
I am thinking that next week I will be under 300. The lowest weight that I have been in the past 10 years (as far as I know because I wasn’t weighing myself for most of those years) is 297. That means I am 5.1 pounds away from weighing less than I have in recorded memory. I would love to hit that goal next week. Yeah, yeah. I know, I know. 5 pounds in one week isn’t healthy or sustainable or whatever…I don’t care. That is what I am shooting for next week. Let the challenge begin.
In other breaking news, I’m hungry. Luckily I have found several foods that I eat between meals as snacks. These things include, but are not limited to, turkey jerky, organic mixed nuts, Nicole’s Nutty Goodness Whey Good, baby carrots, organic walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, small pebbles, grass, Crisco. All of those things are true except the last three which are not true. I encourage anyone who is trying to lose weight to check into these items (86 the pebbles and Crisco. St Augustine grass has a lot of vitamins though…)

I'm going to eat you if you are high in protein and low in fat!

Congrats! You’re an inspiration!
I’ve started using this stuff that I saw on the Dr.Oz show called Konjac Root Fiber. It’s a completely natural product that doesn’t harm the body in any way and it makes you feel full. It’s not a diet pill, but rather natural fiber supplement that may help you take those away that “hunger” you feel. Watch this video and he talks all about it…http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/revolutionary-metabolism-boosters-pt-2
I can get those 5lbs off! Use your resources 🙂
