You know what. Here’s what.
I remain Beast.
So today marks one year on my officially public weight loss journey. I am 80 pounds down and I feel better than I have felt in years. I DID not reach 100 pounds lost yet, but guess what. I will.
I can’t help but think that just one year ago I looked like this…
That is me at 325 pounds. That is me when I couldn’t run for more than 30 seconds or so before being out of breath. That is me when I was scared that I would need a seat belt extender. That is me when I got denied rides at Disney World.
This morning I got up and ran across the Cooper River Bridge. For fun.
Ok. It wasn’t THAT much fun. As a matter of fact it was hard as sh*t. When I ran the Cooper River Bridge run a few weeks back, I ran across and into the city and was done. Today I ran across and then back. My point is that a year ago I could only imagine what it would have been like to be able to do that.
Does Adidas sponsor weight loss bloggers?
So anyway folks. In a year I went from a couch sitter to a home run hitter. I only lost .6 pounds this week. But I lost the weight of the World this year.
IT CAN BE DONE!
Beast Face out!
(I know that this is a weak post and I apologize. I have felt lacking in the creativity department as of late. I promise I will write some stuff that will make up for it…Thanks for understanding!)
